SukSuk is a platform for ordering products from local stores and picking them up in store. This policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your personal data when you use SukSuk.

Account information: Name, email and/or phone number, password (stored hashed via Supabase Auth).

Merchant store information: Store name, description, address, store photos, and product information.

Order information: Items, quantities, subtotal, order status, pickup code, and purchase history.

Location data: When you grant permission, we use your current location (foreground only) to show nearby stores. We do not track your location in the background.

Camera access: When you scan a QR code or take product photos, we access your camera. Images are used only for the purpose you initiated.

Affiliate information: Referral code and affiliate reward ledger entries. Rewards are of two types: store rebate, usable only at the store that issued it, and cash commission for affiliates.

• To authenticate and secure your account
• To show nearby stores based on your location
• To process and track orders
• To send order and promotion notifications
• To calculate and grant affiliate rewards (store rebate and cash commission)
• To prevent fraud and terms violations

4. ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก / 4. Service Providers

We use Supabase as our backend for database, authentication, and data storage. Your data is processed through Supabase with encryption and access controls.

You can request account deletion from the "My Account" menu in the app or at /account-deletion. Deletion has a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel. After the grace period, your account and personal data are deleted. Order history may be retained for legal audit purposes.

We use HTTPS connections, database row-level security (RLS), and password hashing. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
