1. บทนำ / 1. Introduction

ข้อกำหนดนี้กำหนดเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ SukSuk ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากร้านค้าในท้องถิ่นและรับของที่หน้าร้าน การใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้

These terms govern your use of SukSuk, a platform for ordering from local stores and picking up in store. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. บัญชีผู้ใช้ / 2. User Account

คุณต้องมีบัญชี SukSuk เพื่อใช้บริการ คุณรับผิดชอบในการรักษาความปลอดภัยข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบของคุณ และตกลงว่าจะไม่แชร์บัญชีให้ผู้อื่น

You need a SukSuk account to use the service. You are responsible for securing your credentials and agree not to share your account with others.

3. การใช้บริการในฐานะลูกค้า / 3. Customer Usage

• สั่งซื้อสินค้าจากร้านค้าที่เข้าร่วมและรับของที่หน้าร้านตามเวลาที่กำหนด
• ชำระเงินตามยอดที่ระบุ ไม่ขอเงินสดทอนจากส่วนลด
• ไม่ใช้บริการเพื่อการทุจริตหรือละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่น

• Order from participating stores and pick up in store at the scheduled time
• Pay the stated amount; discounts are not redeemable for cash
• Do not use the service for fraud or to violate others' rights

4. การใช้บริการในฐานะผู้ประกอบการ (ร้านค้า) / 4. Merchant Usage

• ให้ข้อมูลร้านค้าและสินค้าที่ถูกต้องและอัปเดต
• เตรียมคำสั่งซื้อให้พร้อมตามเวลาที่สัญญา
• เคารพนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของลูกค้า
• รับผิดชอบต่อคุณภาพสินค้าและการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• Provide accurate and up-to-date store and product information
• Prepare orders for pickup at the promised time
• Respect customer privacy
• Be responsible for product quality and compliance with applicable laws

5. คำสั่งซื้อและการรับของ / 5. Orders & Pickup

เมื่อลูกค้าสั่งซื้อ ร้านค้าจะได้รับแจ้งเตือนและต้องเตรียมสินค้าให้พร้อม ลูกค้าจะได้รับรหัสรับของเพื่อยืนยันการรับสินค้าที่หน้าร้าน เมื่อร้านค้ายืนยันการรับของ คำสั่งซื้อจะถือว่าเสร็จสมบูรณ์

When a customer places an order, the store is notified and must prepare the items. The customer receives a pickup code to verify pickup at the store. Once the merchant confirms pickup, the order is complete.

6. โปรโมชันและเงินคืนส่วนลดร้านค้า / 6. Promotions & Store Rebate

โปรโมชันและส่วนลดเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของแต่ละร้านค้า เงินคืนส่วนลดร้านค้า (Store Rebate) เป็นเครดิตสำหรับใช้ลดราคาการซื้อครั้งถัดไปที่ร้านค้านั้นเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้ข้ามร้าน หรือแลกเป็นเงินสดได้ ส่วนค่าคอมมิชชัน Affiliate เป็นค่าตอบแทนคนละประเภท มีเงื่อนไขตามข้อกำหนด Affiliate

Promotions and discounts are subject to each store's terms. Store rebate is credit for future purchases at that store only; it cannot be used at another store and is not redeemable for cash. Affiliate cash commission is a separate reward type governed by the Affiliate Terms.

7. การละเมิดข้อกำหนด / 7. Prohibited Conduct

ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อ: การทุจริต สแปม ข่มขู่ แอบอ้างข้อมูลร้านค้าปลอม พยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ใช้อื่น หรือกระทำใดๆ ที่ทำลายระบบ

You may not use the service for: fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, attempting to access other users' data, or any act that disrupts the system.

8. การระงับและการลบบัญชี / 8. Account Suspension & Deletion

เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีผู้ที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนด คุณสามารถขอลบบัญชีได้ตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. ความพร้อมของบริการ / 9. Service Availability

เราพยายามให้บริการต่อเนื่อง แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่มีการขัดจังหวะหรือไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด

We strive for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ / 10. Limitation of Liability

SukSuk เป็นตัวกลางในการเชื่อมต่อลูกค้ากับร้านค้า เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อคุณภาพสินค้า การส่งมอบ หรือการกระทำของร้านค้า ความขัดแย้งระหว่างลูกค้าและร้านค้าถูกยกเลิกการรับผิดชอบตามขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

SukSuk intermediates between customers and stores. We are not responsible for product quality, delivery, or merchant conduct. To the extent permitted by law, disputes between customers and merchants are disclaimed.
